I love these girls. Their album is out in the UK in March but you should go get the import immediately (Rough Trade will oblige).
Got to correct Jools Holland though; they are from Muscle Shoals, Alabama not Nashville, Tennessee and the record is coming out here on Decca (it’s on T Bone Burnette’s label in the U.S.). There is however a 45 available on Jack White’s Third Man record label, it’s produced by Jack and both sides are something else. Not a million miles away from what he did with Loretta Lynn.
