Changing Climates – Richard Mabey tells the story of a lifetime of weather. Originally broadcast on BBC Radio 3 last week. Produced by Tim Dee. All five episodes are now available on the iplayer and a book of the transcript will be published by Profile Books next month.

The Island Review – Edited by Malachy Tallack and launched just this month. ‘An online magazine dedicated to great writing and visual art that comes from, is inspired by, celebrates or seeks to understand the extraordinary appeal of islands, as places and as metaphors.’

The Clearing – ‘A magazine of bold new writing intended to explore and energise the cultures of place in the twenty-first century.’ With support from Common Ground and Little Toller, this new journal is seeking submissions for their first edition. Details here
