Bill Drummond is to give a performance lecture as part of VOLUME: Birmingham’s Art, Book & Print Fair at 8pm on 5 December 2013 at The Library of Birmingham, Centenary Square, Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2ND.
Although this is billed as being the ‘keynote speech’ of VOLUME, Drummond will use his sixty minutes to explore his complicated relationship with books from the age of six to 60. As yet he is undecided as to them being the most influential thing in his life or the most irrelevant in our culture or both.
