First up, the prize is a copy of Michael Smith’s excellent Unreal City, just out in paperback.

We asked: Michael contributed to our book On Nature. Can you name the title of his chapter?

The answer is Oysteropolis and the winners are.. Tracey Gaughan, Kevin Geraghty-Shewan and Nick Clark. Congratulations, your copy of the book will be with you shortly. For those of you who missed out, Unreal City is available in our shop at the special price of £7.

And secondly, we have a pair of weekend passes to giveaway for the Dylan Thomas Centenary Festival in Laugharne, West Wales on the weekend of May 2nd – 4th.

We asked: Can you name the John Cooper Clarke poem that has the opening line, “Like a night club in the morning, you’re the bitter end?”

The answer is ‘Twat’ (which incidentally kept us highly amused as the answers came in with that as a subject line). And the winner is…Madeleine Feeny. Your details have been passed onto the festival who will be in contact soon.

Thanks to all of you who entered. Competitions run most weeks on our newsletter. To be sure not to miss out on these and other exclusive offers sign yourself up to our mailing list here.
