Competition Results

19th October 2017

Here are the results of our latest newsletter competition:

Last week, we had five copies of Tom Bolton’s Camden Town: Dreams of Another London to give away, courtesy of The British Library.

We asked: Arguably Camden’s most famous resident, which multi-award-winning singer and songwriter tragically died on 23 July 2011, aged just 27?

And the answer is: Amy Winehouse. The winners are Richard Muir, Alasdair Dickson, Samantha Trenerry, Jeff Prior, and Simone Taylor. Your prizes will be with you very soon!

Thanks, as usual, for all the competition entries. To be in with a chance of winning our next prize – a copy of Travis Elborough’s Our History of the 20th Century: As Told in Diaries, Journals and Letters, newly published by Michael O’Mara Books – make sure you’re signed up to our mailing list before 11am tomorrow. The sign-up bar can be found in the top right-hand corner of this page.
