Today, as part of Hebden Bridge Arts Festival, a free exhibition of Martin Parr photographs titled ‘Non-Conformists’ opens at Hebden Bridge Town Hall.

In 1975, fresh out of art school, Parr moved to Hebden Bridge. Over a period of five years he documented the town and its environs. The exhibition presents 39 of these photos from Calderdale Museum Service’s collection.

The exhibition is open Mon-Fri and festival weekends from now until 1 July. More information is available here.
