Biggest of thank-yous to anyone who spoke, performed, watched, listened, danced, shared eel anecdotes, took Andrew up on audacious book deals, or toasted themselves over a fire at Camp Good Life this past weekend as summer rolled over into autumn. Thanks too to everyone whose hard work behind the scenes — among them Kristian, Lucy, Michael, Tara, Will and Charlie — made everything run so smoothly.
