Ben Ewart-Dean contacted us recently about updates to his wonderful photography and film project On Allotments, which concerns itself with allotments, gardening and the land.

A series of photographs taken by Ben across eight Cardiff allotments over 2023 is now available as a book (£10).

Additionally, Ben has made a new film exploring the idea of allotments as radical spaces, which you can watch below.
