‘Move Your Body (Greater Horseshoe Bat)’ by Hanna Tuulikki and Tommy Perman.

Inspired by the melodic, bubbly warbles of the Greater horseshoe bat as heard through a heterodyne bat detector, ‘Move Your Body’ samples this bat’s distinctive echolocation, transforming it into a minimal sampladelic groove. Built from bat-derived beats and melodic fragments, processed harmonies, and warm, sensual vocals, the track sits between club rhythm and dreamy electronic pop. Playful, tactile and gently euphoric, it nods to the innovative dance pioneers of the late 80s and 90s.
