Press release:

Waterlog is a book written by Roger Deakin about wild swimming around the lakes, rivers and estuaries of the UK. A book that inspired Rose Forshall enough to focus an exhibition around this theme. With the help of John Kilburn and Caroline Pedler ‘Waterlog’ takes place at the Poly in Falmouth from August 5th – 12th, with a preview night on Tues 6th August, 7-9pm. All welcome.

The Waterlog trio met on the MA illustration-Authorial Practice course in 2009/10, and since graduating they have continued to focus on their authorial work, creating events such as this one to showcase their authorial wares. This most recent collaboration will help to illustrate the strength and importance that authorial practice holds for any creative, and happily unites Rose, John and Caroline once again, making it a show not to be missed.

The exhibition goes up on the 6th August and runs until the 11th, with the preview on Tues 6th August 7-9pm, All welcome and please spread the word. As well as the artwork on display there will be prints, cards and books for sale.
